A fuir de toute urgence !!! Monsieur commence un chantier et ne le termine pas. Nous faisons appel à lui pour un chantier, il le commence, ça se passe bien. 2 jours avant la fin du chantier monsieur arrive, commence à râler car on a fait appel à un plombier et son travail ne lui plaît pas. Il commence à nous dire des choses et après il se contredit totalement. Il préfère abandonner le chantier alors qu’il restait le carrelage à mettre ainsi que des portes à poser. Impossible d’avoir une conversation constructive avec lui car à part nous traiter de « bête », il n’avait aucun argument. C’est une personne très condescendante, avec un ego surdimensionné. J’ai des audios en tant que preuve ou on l’entend nous hurler dessus en nous traitant de « bête » encore une fois. On lui a demandé de remettre un néon correctement car il l’avait enlevé et non il ne l’a pas voulu car « il arrête le chantier ». Il a également laisser tout le plancher pourri (donc celui qu’il a retiré) chez nous alors que c’est facturé. Il nous a retiré la lumière des toilettes et il ne l’a pas remis avant de partir. Enfin bref, je vous déconseille vraiment cette personne. Il fuit dès qu’il y a quelque chose qui ne lui plaît pas et préfère critiquer ses clients plutôt que de parler comme des adultes. Faites vraiment attention car nous ne sommes pas les 1eres avec qui ça se passe mal. Ce n’est pas son 1er abandon de chantier. Je tiens à rajouter qu’il a cassé notre chaise de terrasse et qu’il passait plus de temps assis plutôt qu’à travailler.

He also left all the rotten floor (so the one he removed) at our place even though it was invoiced. He took the bathroom light off and didn't put it back on before leaving. Anyway, I really don't recommend this person. He runs away as soon as there's something he doesn't like and prefers to criticize his customers rather than talk like adults. Be really careful because we're not the first people this has gone wrong with. This isn't his first time abandoning a construction site. I should add that he broke our patio chair and spent more time sitting than working.
